Cancellation Policy
General Studio Rental Terms & Conditions: • Optional equipment rental will be charged in 30-minute increments. The cost is per unit and excludes any applicable taxes. Bringing continuous lights requiring a power supply is allowed at an additional cost. Contact us if you plan to bring any kind of lights and/or heavy equipment. • CCTV cameras will remain operational at all times. • Booking time starts at your reservation time, not when you or your team arrive. The studio will be available to you for any purpose 10 minutes before your start time. • The time ends when you & your team vacate the studio area. • You are expected to leave the studio in the same way you received the studio upon arrival. • The client is responsible for their equipment. The studio is not responsible for any missing or damaged items. We will not deliver/courier/ship any items left behind; they will have to be collected. We have the right to dispose of any such items after 15 days of the rental date. • Any perishable items left behind will be disposed of immediately. • The client would be solely responsible for any damages that occur during the session and will be charged at actuals. This includes lights and modifiers, flooring, furniture walls, grip equipment, and other amenities within the studio premises. • The studio assistants will only be available and responsible for helping with studio-owned lighting and grip equipment. • Use of any liquid, powder, spray paint, colour bombs, etc. is strictly prohibited within the studio premises. • No refunds or rescheduling will be possible due to any power outages as these are circumstances beyond our control. Weekday Studio Rental Terms and Conditions: • The booking will be confirmed upon payment through our website. • If the session goes overtime, an hourly rate will be applicable for the number of extended hours and cannot be applied with any other package (based on availability). • Changing plans isn't a problem! Depending on your time of cancellation, we will refund you. • More than 48 hours before the rental time starts - 100% refund and reschedule option available • 0 to 48 hours before the rental starts - no refund or rescheduling is possible. Weekend Studio Rental Terms and Conditions: • The booking will be confirmed upon payment through our website. • Rescheduling or cancellation will not be possible for any Saturday and/or Sunday bookings.
